FAQ

What people ask before their first mat

Thickness, grip, density and how to stop a new mat being slippery.

Ordering and delivery

What does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Free on orders of ₹1,999 and above, otherwise a flat ₹79 anywhere in India. We pack within 1–2 business days in Madhapur and transit runs 3–8 business days — three to five days to a metro, five to eight days further out. Door to door, plan for 4–10 business days.

How can I pay?

UPI in advance, or Cash on Delivery. Cards are not accepted — no credit card payments, no debit card payments, and no PayPal.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is emailed and texted to you on the day of dispatch. Courier scans can lag a day, especially over a weekend.

Returns and problems

Can I return something I have changed my mind about?

Yes, within 10 days of delivery, provided it is unused and still in its original packaging with the invoice. Full conditions are on the Refund and Returns Policy page.

What if it arrives broken or does not work?

Film the unboxing, then tell us within 48 hours. We replace it or refund it in full and we pay the return shipping. To be clear about what that is: a replacement route for an item that arrived damaged or dead, not a six-month or manufacturer warranty, and we do not claim to offer one.

Choosing and looking after kit

How thick should my mat be?

6 mm suits most home practice. 4 mm gives better balance feedback for standing work and travels well; 8 mm and above is for knees and restorative rather than flow, because a thick mat makes balancing harder, not easier.

My new mat is slippery — is it faulty?

Usually not. A new closed-cell mat has a factory film that takes a few sessions to wear off. Wipe it with a damp cloth and a drop of mild soap, let it dry fully, and practise on it a few times before judging it.

How do I clean and store it?

Damp cloth and mild soap, never a solvent, and let it dry flat away from sun — direct sunlight makes foam brittle and fades cork. Store it rolled, not folded; a crease in a mat is permanent.

Which block density should I pick?

Foam is fine for restorative work where the block cushions. If you are putting weight through it in a standing pose, take the denser EVA or cork — a soft block that compresses is not doing its job.
